Lighting and Electrical covers the installation and replacement of general household lighting and electrical appliances.

We undertake the following types of work:

Smoke Alarms and CO (Carbon Monoxide) Detectors. Installation and testing of smoke alarms. Positioning of CO detectors in proximity to boilers or other gas appliances.
Lighting and Dimmer Switches. Replacement of lighting switches. We can replace faulty light switches or change an existing light switch to a different style (Georgian Brass, chrome, etc.) or dimmer switch.
Lighting Fittings. Installation or replacement of ceiling roses, chandeliers, wall lights, track lighting, ceiling light fittings, or uplighters.
Light Bulbs. Replacement of light bulbs. Installation of energy saving light bulbs.
Power Sockets. Replacement of power sockets. We can replace faulty power sockets or change existing sockets to a different style (Brass, Chrome, Wood, Graphite, etc.).
Mains Leads. Plug changing, flex replacement, flex extensions.
Fuses. Replacement of fuses.
Telephone Extensions. Installation of telephone cable extensions and sockets.
Doorbells. Installation of new doorbells and repairs to existing door bell systems.
Extractor Fans. Replacement of kitchen, bathroom, or toilet extractor fans.
