Cupboards, Wall Units, and Shelving Fitted. Cupboards, wall units, and shelving assembled and fitted throughout the house.
Childproof Locks Fitted. Childproof locks fitted to kitchen, utility room and bathroom cabinet doors and drawers.
Children’s Stair Guards Fitted. Stair guards installed to prevent children falling down or climbing stairs. Children’s stair guards are also useful in preventing the family pet from roaming round the house.
Tumble Dryers Installed. Tumble dryer installation including fitting through wall or window vent as required.
Grab Rails Installed. Grab rails installed in bathrooms and toilets to aid support.
Toilet Seats Installed. Replacement loo or toilet seats installed.
Bathroom Fittings. Toothbrush holders, soap dishes, loo roll holders, and towel rails or rings installed.
Radiators and Pipe Work Boxed In. Boxing in of radiators can create a room feature. Pipe work boxed in prior to decorating or tiling.
Loft Boarding. Lofts boarded in using flooring grade chipboard.
Loft Ladder Installation. Loft ladders installed to gain safe access to the roof space.
